We are excited to share that network members, Chioma Nnaji (Culture of Health, 2019) and Saron Selassie (Culture of Health, 2019) spearheaded the development of an Anti-Black Racism Peer Learning Circle. Thank you, Chioma and Saron for your time and effort on this amazing initiative.
Based on the feedback they received, they developed a 9 session curriculum [HERE]. Each session will be on Mondays, 3PM to 5PM EST / 12 PM to 2 PM PST.

During the sessions, we will have critical, and often hard, conversations facilitated by racial justice activists, scholars and RWJF leaders. The goal is to create space to support RWJF leaders in:
- unpacking anti-Blackness
- understanding the ways in which integrating an anti-racist framework centering Black people is fundamental to creating and sustaining a culture of health
- examining their position as a leader and their role in leading strategies to address anti-Black racism and improve outcomes for Black communities
- developing an activation project focused on addressing anti-BlacknessĀ
If you are interested in joining, please complete the registration [HERE] by Monday, June 7th.
